The FAQS below answer many questions about the Terms of Offer and
about the Earn Free Gifts program in general. If you don't see your

How Many Points Do I Earn With
Each Newsletter? Points are issued 1 -
4 points for each newsletter depending on the size of the particular
issue.
How Often Do We Send
Newsletters? We send the newsletters
once per week with an occasional extra issue when advertiser content
allows.
How Do I Check My Points
Balance? To check your points at
anytime, simply
look at the most recent issue of your newsletter. The "Issue" number
is your points level. Example: Volume 1.2 - Issue 23 means that you have
earned 23 points thus far.
What Is The Minimum Points
Redemption Level? The minimum gift is
available to redeem with just 100 points, with larger gifts requiring more
points. Click here
to view the current available gifts and their respective points
level.
How Do I Redeem My Points?
Points must be redeemed by completing the prize eligibility affidavit
by clicking here,
and then printing and mailing the affidavit by U.S. First Class Mail.
Upon receipt in our offices you will be provided a link (by e-mail)
to order your selected gift.
Do I Have To Purchase Anything
From The Newsletters?
No, however every subscriber MUST read (at minimum) every other newsletter or the system
may automatically drop your subscription without notice.
How Many Gifts Can I Earn? Jr. Member Subscribers can only redeem points once per calendar
year (from subscription date) and receive one (1) gift selection. Gold Members can redeem points and
receive up to three (3) gifts per calendar year. (You can become a Gold Member by
invitation only).
My Sister / Brother / Friend Does Not
Want Their Points, Can I Have Them?
Points cannot be combined from other subscriptions whether or not
owned by the same individual or another family member or a friend.
Who Is Eligible To Participate?
Any legal U.S resident 18 years of age or older with valid site
registration information and a current street shipping address
Can I Earn Extra Points?
Yes, you can refer friends and family to join, and earn 10 points
each referral (up to 25 referrals per calendar year). Watch your
welcome e-mail for instructions on referring friends and family.
Note: Friends or family must have different household addresses and
comply with all terms of offer before points are added to your
account. New member MUST enter your referral number when signing up
in order to correctly apply points to your account. Your referral number can
be found at the bottom of your newsletters as your Subscriber Number.
I'm Not Receiving Your
Newsletters? Some e-mail providers use
an e-mail system incompatible with ours and unfortunately it is
beyond our control to insure e-mail delivery through third party
systems. We suggest using an e-mail
service like Gmail for trouble
free service for your subscription. You may contact us to see if your
carrier has been blocking our e-mail by using our
support form here.
Can I Use a SPAM Account E-mail
Address? No, sending our e-mails to a
SPAM account will most likely mean you will miss an issue of the
newsletter and be automatically discontinued from the program.
Subscribers are required to read each publication.
